Warranty Guidelines

Warranty Period

The YODO Carbon Fiber Bike Wheel is covered by an 18-month warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Yodo dealer or our official website.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. During the warranty period, YODO will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component(s) without charge, except for shipping and handling fees.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage from Abuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, impact, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water submersion, or any other environmental conditions that deviate from normal operating conditions.

2. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and paint chipping.

3. Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications, alterations, or repairs not performed by an authorized YODO service provider.

4. Improper Assembly or Maintenance: Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, including the use of incompatible components.

5. Non-Defective Products: Any product that is determined to be in good working condition and conforms to Yodo's quality standards.

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Proof of Purchase: Provide a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice.

2. Description of Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue and how it occurred.

3. Photographic Evidence: Include clear photographs of the defective area.

4. Contact Information: Provide your full name, address, phone number, and email.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
