YODO is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We offer an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase covering any defects in materials and workmanship for our carbon fiber bike wheels and other accessories. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, damage due to accidents, misuse, or modifications made by the user.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. YODO reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

At YODO, our bike wheels and cycling accessories are manufactured and sold directly from the factory, eliminating the middleman and reducing costs for our consumers while maximizing consumer surplus. Orders are dispatched directly from our factory and can be tracked via carrier services as soon as tracking information becomes available, ensuring a transparent and efficient shipping process.

In the event of a return, postage will be handled by the customer, maintaining our commitment to providing high-quality products at an exceptional value.
